Which vitamins are linked to normal immune function?

Under EU-authorised health claims, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate, zinc, iron, copper and selenium all contribute to the normal function of the immune system. A general multivitamin covers most of these; single nutrients are useful when you know you are low in something specific.

How much vitamin D do people in Sweden usually take?

Swedish public-health guidance recommends 10 µg (400 IU) daily for most adults and 20 µg (800 IU) for adults over 75 or with little sun exposure. We stock 25 µg (1000 IU) through to 125 µg (5000 IU); higher strengths are intended for people advised to take more. Check with a healthcare professional before using high-strength vitamin D long term.

Is vitamin C better as a plain tablet or a time-release form?

Vitamin C is water-soluble and absorbed in limited amounts at a time, so time-release and split-dose formats are designed to spread intake through the day. Plain vitamin C at a lower strength taken twice daily achieves something similar at lower cost.

Can I take several supplements from this collection together?

Often yes, but overlapping products can push individual nutrients above recommended amounts — particularly vitamin A, vitamin D, zinc, iron and selenium. Add up the totals across everything you take, and speak to a pharmacist or doctor if you take medication or manage a health condition.
