Elexir Iron With Vitamin C Vegan 100 Tablets - Made in Sweden

Elexir Iron with Vitamin C is a vegan iron supplement using iron bisglycinate from Albion Ferrochel® — a gentle organic form of iron with high bioavailability that does not cause constipation or other discomfort the way some iron supplements can. It comes as a slow-release depot tablet for further improved absorption, and is fortified with vitamin C.

Each tablet provides 25 mg iron and 80 mg vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and increases iron absorption.

Iron and vitamin C contribute to:

• the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
• normal energy-yielding metabolism
• normal cognitive function
• the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin
• the normal function of the immune system (vitamin C), and increased iron uptake

Content (per daily dose, 1 tablet, % of NRV): Iron 25 mg (178%) · Vitamin C 80 mg (100%).

Ingredients: Bulking agents (cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), iron (Albion Ferrochel® iron bisglycinate), anti-caking agent (dicalcium phosphate), stabiliser (cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides). Vegan.

Dosage: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
