Elexir MSM plus vitamin C 120 Tablets - Made in Sweden

Elexir MSM plus Vitamin C combines 100% OptiMSM® with vitamin C. MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a natural source of organic sulfur — an element found in every human cell, most concentrated in protein-rich tissues such as muscles, bones, cartilage, skin, hair and nails, where it is a key component of collagen and keratin. Vitamin C improves the uptake of MSM. The product is vegan and can be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women.

A full daily dose of 3 tablets provides 3000 mg MSM and 900 mg vitamin C.

Ingredients: OptiMSM® (methylsulfonylmethane), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), inulin (from chicory root), stabilisers (cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids), anti-caking agents (silica, calcium phosphates), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Vegan.

Dosage: Take 3 tablets daily with a meal. Start with 1 tablet and gradually increase to 3 tablets daily. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
