Description
Elexir Pharma MSM + vitamin C is a food supplement with a combination of MSM and 300mg vitamin C.
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a natural source of organic sulfur. Sulfur is mainly found in the body's protein-rich tissues, for example muscles, bones and cartilage, nails, skin and hair, and is an essential component of collagen and keratin. Vitamin C improves the absorption of MSM and contributes to, among other things, collagen formation, skin and energy metabolism and contributes to maintaining the immune system in connection with physical training.

Dosage & use
Recommended intake: 3 tablets daily with a meal.
