Elexir B Vitamin Complex provides a complete combination of all the important B vitamins in a single daily capsule. It includes vitamin B12 in its active methylated form (methylcobalamin) for high bioavailability, plus choline, inositol and PABA. The vegan capsules are free from preservatives and artificial colours and flavours.
