Elexir Vitamin B12 100 Lozenges - Made in Sweden

Elexir Vitamin B12 comes as small, sugar-free lozenges with a fresh lemon flavour, for convenient absorption. It contains 1000 µg of active B12 as methylcobalamin, complemented with 400 µg of folic acid from Quatrefolic® — a highly bioavailable form that is taken up faster than ordinary folic acid and works together with B12.

B12 is found mainly in animal foods, so a supplement is generally recommended for vegans and for older adults, since B12 absorption can decline with age. The lozenges are vegan.

Vegan. Contains sweeteners.

Dosage: Adults: take 1 lozenge daily with a meal. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
