Description
Holistic contains four B vitamin forms as well as the methyl group donor trimethylglycine. The process of methylation is linked to, among other things, DNA functions at the cellular level.
The vitamins B6, B12 and folate contribute, among other things, to the normal functioning of the immune system and reduced fatigue and exhaustion.
Dosage & use
Dosage for adults: 1–2 capsules per day.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
