Holistic Quercetin phytosome is a food supplement that contains quercetin enclosed in lecithin, in the form of Quercefit®. Holistic Quercetin contains the flavonol quercetin extracted from the flower Sophora japonica L. Flavonols are a subgroup of flavonoids which is an exciting area of research. In the case of quercetin, among other things, studies have been carried out on high-performance sportsmen and it has also been investigated in connection with seasonal ailments.

We get flavonoids every day when we eat plants (fruits and vegetables). Among other things, they contribute to giving the plants color and protect them against oxidative stress. Holistic Quercetin contains quercetin extracted from Sophora japonica L. It is a beautiful plant with a long and interesting history.

A technical finesse with Holistic Quercetin is that our quercetin is encased in lecithin in phytosomes. In technical terms, it is called "quercetin in phytosome form". This makes it easier for the body to absorb and assimilate the substance. Quercetin in phytosome form has 20 times higher bioavailability than non-phytosome quercetin. This makes Holistic Quercetin a very effective product.

Dosage for adults: 2 capsules per day. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
