Description
Holistic Psyllium seed husks organic contain husks from organically grown bright psyllium seeds, very rich in dietary fiber (88%) and which contribute to maintaining a healthy gut and natural bowel movement.
Naturally gluten-free.
Dosage & use
Dosage: 1–2 teaspoons (1 teaspoon = 2–3 g = 1.8–2.6 g fiber) dissolved in 200 ml of cold liquid, 1–3 times per day. Or as recommended.
Sufficient fluid intake is important as dietary fiber binds fluid, and too little fluid can cause cramping in the intestine.
Psyllium husks can also be mixed into porridge or smoothies, and can be advantageously used as fiber enrichment when baking.
Opened packaging is kept tightly closed.
Storage instructions
Store dry and not above room temperature.
