Holistic EAA Apple & Pear 330 g is a food supplement with essential amino acids in free form. According to Apohem, it has an apple and pear flavour, mixes easily with water or a shake, and contains BCAA in a 4:1:1 ratio with 10.7 g amino acids per serving.
Use: Adult dosage: mix 1 scoop (11 g) powder with 300โ400 ml water. Take 1 serving per day. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet.
