Description
Holistic Ashwagandha is a food supplement that contains highly concentrated organic ashwagandha extract from both root and leaf (Sensoril®). Enriched with niacin and pantothenic acid which help to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
Dosage & use
Dosage for adults: 1–4 capsules per day.
Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
