Description
Kelp is a brown algae that is a natural source of the trace element Iodine.
Iodine contributes, among other things, to the normal production of thyroid hormones and to normal thyroid function. Iodine also contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to maintaining normal skin.
Each tablet contains 225 mcg of iodine from kelp.
Dosage & use
Recommended daily intake for adults: 1 tablet daily with meals.
Recommended intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements do not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
