Description

B vitamins are a group of water-soluble vitamins. All B vitamins are collectively called B-complex. Among other things, they are important for the body's metabolism, immune system, nervous system and cell division to function normally. Skin, hair and nails are also dependent on B vitamins.
Vitamin B6, B12, Niacin and Biotin contribute to normal energy metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Pantothenic acid contributes to normal performance and to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.

Dosage & use
