Great Earth B-Complex 100 is a vegan, high-strength B-vitamin food supplement in a time-release tablet. Each pack contains 60 tablets. The recommended daily dose is one tablet with a meal.

Ingredients

Choline (L-choline bitartrate), fillers (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), vitamin B2 (riboflavin, riboflavin-5′-phosphate), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate, thiamine hydrochloride), niacin (nicotinamide, inositol hexanicotinate), pantothenic acid (D-calcium pantothenate), inositol, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), coating agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable glycerol), hydrogenated rapeseed oil, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), biotin.

Important safety information

This product provides 12 mg vitamin B6 per daily tablet. EFSA’s adult tolerable upper intake level is 12 mg per day from all sources, including supplements. Do not combine it with other vitamin B6 supplements unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional.
