Elexir Vitamin K2 & D3 60 Capsules - Made in Sweden

Elexir Vitamin K2 & D3 combines a natural form of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, from fermented natto) with vitamin D3 in a base of coconut oil (MCT). Since both vitamins are fat-soluble, the coconut oil base supports the best possible absorption. Each capsule provides 200 µg K2 and 10 µg D3.

The two vitamins work together for bone health: vitamin D3 increases the availability of calcium in the body, while vitamin K2 helps direct calcium to where it is most needed — the skeleton. The capsules are free from preservatives and artificial colours and flavours.

Vitamin K2 and D3 contribute to:

• normal blood coagulation (K2)
• the maintenance of normal bones (K2 and D3)
• normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus (D3)
• the normal function of the immune system (D3)
• the maintenance of normal muscle function and teeth (D3)

Ingredients: MCT oil (coconut), capsule (gelatin from bovine), humectant (glycerol), vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (fermented natto), colours: iron oxides and hydroxides, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

Dosage: Adults and children over 12: take 1 capsule daily with a meal. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
