Elexir Vegan Omega-3 120 Capsules - Made in Sweden

Elexir Vegan Omega-3 is a fully plant-based omega-3 supplement where the EPA and DHA come from algae (Schizochytrium sp.) instead of fish. Not just the oil but the entire capsule is vegan, made from corn and pea starch with no gelatin. The algae are grown in closed systems, keeping them free from heavy metals and other contaminants, and the capsules have no fishy taste or smell — making them suitable for vegans, vegetarians and people with fish allergy.

EPA and DHA are essential fatty acids the body cannot make itself. A daily dose of 1–2 capsules provides 300–600 mg of omega-3.

EPA and DHA contribute to:

• the normal function of the heart (250 mg EPA + DHA daily)
• the maintenance of normal brain function (250 mg DHA daily)

Ingredients: Algae oil with omega-3 fatty acids (Schizochytrium sp. algae), humectant (glycerol), pea starch, gelling agent (carrageenan), antioxidants (tocopherol-rich extract, rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate); vegetable capsule shell (modified corn starch). Vegan.
