Elexir Multi Pregnant is an all-in-one nutrient complex with over 30 active substances, specially adapted for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It combines vitamins, minerals, berry powders, digestive enzymes and lactic acid bacteria, with extra active folic acid (400 µg from Quatrefolic®) and extra iron (20 mg per daily dose) — nutrients whose requirements rise during pregnancy. Vegan.

Folic acid is important for normal foetal development; the Swedish Food Agency recommends a folic acid supplement during pregnancy and when trying to conceive. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the immune system, and the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. The formula also includes the enzymes bromelain and papain, Bacillus coagulans (1 billion CFU per daily dose), and blueberry, cranberry and acerola.
