Elexir Magnesium 375 mg 120 Tablets - Made in Sweden

Elexir Magnesium 375 mg is a high-dose magnesium supplement that delivers magnesium from four different sources — magnesium hydroxide, oxide, citrate and malate — for a broad magnesium intake. One tablet covers the full daily magnesium requirement for both men and women. It is supplemented with vitamin B6 and the black pepper extract Bioperine®, which helps increase absorption.

Magnesium takes part in hundreds of the body's biochemical reactions and is needed to activate around 300 different enzymes. Vitamin B6 works together with magnesium and supports the nervous system, energy metabolism and cognitive function.

Ingredients: Magnesium (magnesium hydroxide, oxide, citrate, malate), thickener (cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids), chicory root fibre (inulin), anti-caking agents (silica, calcium phosphates), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Bioperine® black pepper extract (Piper nigrum), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Dosage: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
