Elexir Magnesium 250 mg 100 Tablets - Made in Sweden

Elexir Magnesium 250 mg is a magnesium complex with four different forms of magnesium — magnesium hydroxide, oxide, citrate and malate — for good absorption. It is supplemented with vitamin B6 and the black pepper extract Bioperine®, which increases the uptake of magnesium. One tablet per day provides 250 mg of magnesium. Vegan and vegetarian.

Magnesium takes part in hundreds of the body's biochemical reactions and is needed to activate around 300 enzymes. Vitamin B6 works together with magnesium, supporting the nervous system, energy metabolism and cognitive function.

Ingredients: Magnesium (magnesium hydroxide, oxide, citrate, malate), thickener (cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids), chicory root fibre (inulin), anti-caking agents (silica, calcium phosphate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Bioperine® black pepper extract (Piper nigrum), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Vegan.

Dosage: Adults: take 1 tablet daily with a meal. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
