Benefits
Natural relaxing bath salt made from 100% magnesium sulfate. Suitable for tired and sore muscles and for a relaxing bath, foot bath or body scrub. The salt has a soothing and moisturising feel on the skin and can be used externally as part of a bath routine.
Ingredients
Ingredients: magnesium sulfate. Elexir Epsom Salt consists of 100% pure magnesium sulfate. The salt is extracted from salt mines in Germany, processed and purified into a pure magnesium salt.
How to use
Bath: dissolve about 200 g, approximately 2 dl, in warm running bath water and relax for 20 minutes. Foot bath: dissolve 50-100 g, approximately 0.5-1 dl, in warm water. Body scrub: mix 1 part body oil with 2 parts salt. Store dry and close the package well after use.
