Elexir Coenzyme Q10 100 mg is a supplement with 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) per capsule, supported by vitamin C and vitamin B2 (riboflavin). The Q10 sits in a base of organic linseed oil for absorption, and just one capsule a day is needed.

Q10, also called coenzyme Q10 or ubiquinone, is found in all of the body's cells — in the highest concentration in the heart, brain and muscles. The body produces Q10 itself, but this ability declines with age. The added vitamins complement Q10's role in the body's energy processes.

Vitamin C and vitamin B2 contribute to:

• normal energy-yielding metabolism
• the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
• the protection of cells from oxidative stress

Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Ingredients: Organic linseed oil (41%) (Linum usitatissimum), capsule (bovine gelatin), coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone), stabiliser (glycerol), lecithin (soya), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (silica), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides).

Dosage: Adults: take 1 capsule daily with a meal. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
