Elexir Calcium & Magnesium brings together calcium and magnesium in favourable proportions, complemented with vitamin D3 and vitamin K2. Calcium and magnesium work together in the body — calcium drives muscle contraction while magnesium supports muscle relaxation — and both are needed for strong bones. Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium, while vitamin K2 helps direct calcium to the bones. The formula also contains the patented turmeric extract Curcumin C3 Complex® and Bioperine® black pepper extract for improved absorption. One jar lasts about a month.

Ingredients: Calcium (calcium carbonate, calcium citrate, calcium bisglycinate, calcium malate, calcium L-ascorbate), magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium gluconate, magnesium malate, magnesium citrate, magnesium succinate), anti-caking agents (vegetable fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silica), stabiliser (cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), filler (cellulose), turmeric extract (Curcuma longa L. / Curcumin C3 Complex®), vitamin K2 (menaquinone), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), Bioperine® black pepper extract (Piper nigrum L.), glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable glycerol), colour (curcumin).
Dosage: Adults: take 2 tablets daily with a meal. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
