Description
Are you feeling tired and stressed? Maybe the dietary supplement Elexir Ashwagandha extract can help you! Namely, it belongs to the category of adaptogens and has a particularly positive effect on stress, fatigue, physical exhaustion and helps the body maintain both focus and endurance. To increase the uptake of Ashwaganda, the dietary supplement is also supplemented with Bioperin, which is a black pepper extract.
The tablets also contain vitamin B5, which helps maintain normal mental performance and reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
The dietary supplement contains highly concentrated extract of Ashwagandha. We do not recommend ashwagandha for pregnant or breastfeeding women as research is lacking on how ashwagandha affects pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Dosage & use
Recommended daily intake for adults: 1 capsule morning and evening. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 4 capsules per day.
Recommended intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements do not replace a varied diet, but should be combined with a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
