Elexir Ashwagandha 120 Capsules - Made in Sweden

Elexir Ashwagandha is a vegan-friendly supplement built around ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), often called “Indian ginseng.” It uses a 1:10 root extract standardised for withanolides, combined with the patented black pepper extract Bioperine® to improve absorption, plus vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid).

Ashwagandha is one of the best-known adaptogenic herbs, with a long history in Ayurvedic tradition. Vitamin B5 contributes to normal mental performance and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Content (per daily dose, 2 capsules / 4 capsules, % NRV): Ashwagandha root extract 1:10 — 600 mg / 1200 mg (*) · Black pepper extract (Bioperine®) — 2.5 mg / 5 mg (*) · Pantothenic acid (B5) — 1 mg (17%) / 2 mg (34%). *NRV not established.

Ingredients: Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), thickener (microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids), oligofructose, anti-caking agent (silica), Bioperine® black pepper extract (Piper nigrum), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate). Suitable for vegans.

Dosage: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening. If needed, the dose can be increased to 4 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
