Description
The dietary supplement Borago Skin & Hormones contains organic cold-pressed borage oil, extract of yam root, lecithin, vitamin E and B vitamins. Borage is one of nature's richest sources of GLA, gamma-linolenic acid. In the body, GLA is converted into prostaglandins, which are part of a number of different processes in the body, such as the inflammatory reaction.
Biotin is a B vitamin that contributes to normal skin, while vitamin B6 helps to regulate the body's hormonal activity.
Borago Skin & Hormones is suitable for women of all ages.
Dosage & use
Recommended daily intake for adults: 2 capsules/day for 3 months, then 1 capsule/day. Should be taken with a meal.
Recommended intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
