Suitability, allergens and practical cautions

  • The formula is vegan.
  • No regulated allergens are explicitly declared in the current online ingredient lists. If you have an allergy or intolerance, check the physical label because packaging can change.
  • A Swedish pharmacy currently lists the product as suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding; individual needs vary, so check with a midwife, doctor or pharmacist before use.
  • The formula contains vitamin K. Anyone using warfarin or another vitamin-K-antagonist medicine should ask a doctor or pharmacist before use.

What the authorised nutrient claims mean

Calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the maintenance of normal bones. Magnesium also contributes to normal nervous-system function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D contributes to normal calcium absorption and normal bones, while vitamin K contributes to normal bones.

These are authorised nutrient-function statements. They do not mean that the product treats a condition or guarantees a result. Great Earth also describes the use of several mineral forms as part of its formulation approach; that is manufacturer marketing, not proof that one person will absorb or respond to the product in a particular way.

FAQ

How long does one bottle last?

At two capsules per day, 120 capsules provide 60 daily servings.

Can I use it alongside a multivitamin?

Check the total calcium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin K from every supplement before combining products. If you are unsure, ask a pharmacist or another qualified professional.

Is this the same as choosing a magnesium-only product?

No. This is a combined four-nutrient formula. For a broader comparison of magnesium labels, see how to choose a magnesium supplement and our guide to magnesium glycinate versus citrate.
