Glutamin används som energikälla i cellerna och hjärnan och är den mest förekommande aminosyran i kroppen. Populärt bland dig som tränar mycket, framför allt uthållighetsträning då glutaminnivåerna i blodet sjunker vid längre pass. Även tarmens slemhinnor behöver glutamin som bränsle.
Dosering & användning
Dosering: 1–3 teskedar, 1–2 gånger per dag med 2–4 dl kall vätska eller enligt rekommendation. Blanda med kall vätska, då värme bryter ner aminosyran, och drick direkt.
Du får störst effekt på tom mage, gärna efter träning eller under långvarig träning.
Rekommenderad dos bör ej överskridas. Kosttillskott bör ej användas som ett alternativ till varierad kost.
