Benefits
Natural vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7 from fermented natto) combined with vitamin D3 in a coconut oil base for absorption. 200 µg K2 and 10 µg D3 per capsule. K2 contributes to normal blood coagulation and bone maintenance; D3 supports calcium absorption, bones, muscle function and the immune system.
Ingredients
MCT oil (coconut), capsule (gelatin from bovine), humectant (glycerol), vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (fermented natto), colours: iron oxides and hydroxides, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). Per capsule: Vitamin K2 200 µg (266% NRV), Vitamin D3 10 µg (200% NRV).
How to use
Adults and children over 12: take 1 capsule daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
