Magnesium from four forms (hydroxide, oxide, citrate, malate) with vitamin B6 and Bioperine® for absorption, at 250 mg per tablet. Magnesium and B6 contribute to normal muscle and nervous system function, normal energy metabolism, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vegan and vegetarian.
Ingredients
Magnesium (magnesium hydroxide, oxide, citrate, malate), thickener (cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids), chicory root fibre (inulin), anti-caking agents (silica, calcium phosphate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Bioperine® black pepper extract (Piper nigrum), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Per tablet: Magnesium 250 mg (67% NRV), Vitamin B6 3.7 mg (264% NRV), Bioperine® 1.5 mg.
