Delivery terms are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times when it is impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder is unable to fulfill its obligation to us. We reserve the right to waive all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays. You will always receive a message via text message, e-mail or letter showing where and when to pick up the package. If you do not pick up the package, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 28.5 usd.
