Return

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not upon delivery.

If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must, before the withdrawal period has expired, send a clear and unambiguous message to info@iwell.shop in the manner specified here. You must provide your name, address, and other relevant information, such as the order number, invoice number, and the name of the item in the message. If you do not want to use the above options for notification, you can use the standard form to exercise the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has developed (see www.konsumentverket.se).

14 Days Open Purchase

We follow the Distance Contracts Act, which means you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You can cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned well-packaged, in good condition, and in its original packaging.

The product must be in substantially unchanged condition, meaning unused and undamaged. iWell Shop reserves the right to apply a price deduction corresponding to the product’s depreciation if the returned item has been handled more than necessary to determine its properties or function. The depreciation value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the returned item. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, including:

Non-prescription and prescription medicines/products
Over-the-counter nutritional supplements, including vitamins, minerals, and other dietary supplements
Veterinary medicines
Refrigerated goods
Food products
Medical devices
Hygiene products
Items with broken seals or tampered packaging
