Dosage
Dosage for adults: 2–4 g per day (about 1/2–1 teaspoon) mixed in 2 dl of water, or as recommended. You should step up the dosage. The first week you take 1 g per day (1/4 teaspoon). Then increase the dose by 1 g per week until you reach 2-4 g per day. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
