Cold-pressed flaxseed oil is a source of omega-3 and flaxseed oil is nature’s richest source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is converted by the body into eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
The flaxseed oil in the capsules is made from Swedish, KRAV-grown flaxseeds. The flax seeds are pressed in Sweden, below 37 degrees in a completely oxygen-free, dark environment. The residual product is used as organic animal feed.
