Meal enzymes are a broad enzyme supplement to be taken daily or as needed to support digestion. It contains a mixture of a total of 9 different enzymes from only vegetable sources and supports the breakdown of carbohydrates, protein, fat, lactose and fiber-rich vegetables.
Take 1-2 capsules daily with meals.
