Lactic acid bacteria is a collective name for several groups of good bacteria that help keep the stomach in balance. They counteract harmful bacteria, increase the amount of good bacteria and help you absorb nutrients. More than 70% of the immune system is also located in the gut. The product contains 10 billion lactic acid bacteria per capsule from nine different strains of bacteria, as well as FOS (fructooligosaccharides) and inulin, which act as food for the bacteria. Vegan and can be taken even if you are lactose intolerant or have a milk protein allergy.

Dosage & use

Recommended daily intake for adults: 1 capsule daily with a meal. The capsules are swallowed whole.
