Description
Flakes of pure, specially grown yeast. Bjäst flakes is a nutritional yeast that is grown specifically for use as a dietary supplement. It is naturally rich in B vitamins. Perfect to mix into your breakfast muesli or sprinkle over porridge.
Bjäst is produced by the nutritional yeast Saccharomyces Cerevisiae which is cultivated in a favorable environment. The product has no leavening ability and cannot be used as normal yeast. Does not swell in the stomach.
Dosage & use
Take daily 1.5 tbsp (approx. 7 g) Bjäst Flakes on the breakfast dish, in water, milk or other drink or food.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
Sprinkle on the breakfast dish, mix in water, milk or other drink or food. When you use Bjäst in hot cooking, the vitamin content may decrease, but the good taste remains.
