Description
Lecithin is a fatty substance found in all the body’s cells, especially in the brain, which largely consists of lecithin. The fatty acids found in lecithin are therefore important for things like memory, concentration and learning. Our lecithin comes from sunflower and is a natural source of phospholipids, which our cell membranes are made of.
Dosage & use

Recommended intake for pregnant/lactating women: 1-2 capsules per day with a meal.

Storage instructions
Store dry at room temperature and protected from sunlight and out of reach of children. The jar is sorted as plastic packaging and the lid as metal packaging.
