Good Sleep from Elexir Pharma is a dietary supplement designed to give you a good night’s sleep. Good Sleep contains a well-thought-out combination of the herbs lemon balm, chamomile, hops and sleep horn (poppy).
During the night we get recovery and the brain gets to rest and “cleanse” of residual products formed during the day. Not sleeping well or having difficulty falling asleep for periods can affect our everyday life in many ways. An adult usually needs 7-8 hours of undisturbed sleep per night.
Good Sleep can be taken continuously or as needed. It is completely vegan in capsule form.
Dosage & use
Recommended intake for adults over 18: 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. The product causes drowsiness so should not be taken before driving.
Recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
