Upgrit organic ghee is a clarified butter, made from organic cow’s milk. Ghee is a very pure form of clarified butter that is perfect for baking and cooking and adds a rich flavor to your favorite dish. Ghee tastes like butter but with a caramelized taste. Butter with a lightly toasted, nutty and sweet undertone.
Ghee is super stable to fry in as it can be heated up to 250 degrees without burning and the nutritional quality deteriorating.
Ghee has been used in the Indian healing art of Ayurveda for millennia for its many health-promoting properties. Among other things, it is said that Ghee improves digestion.
Dosage & use
Use Ghee instead of traditional butter and oil in cooking and baking. Can also be stirred into rice or other food or coffee.
