Description
Holistic Femme Paus is a dietary supplement for menopausal women. Contains vitamin B6 which helps to regulate hormone activity as well as magnesium which helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion and zinc which helps to maintain normal bones, skin, hair and nails. Also contains red clover and hop extracts.
Dosage & use
Dosage for adults: 3 capsules spread over the day. To achieve the full effect, we recommend taking the entire dose, i.e. 3 capsules spread over the day for at least 3 months. You can then, when the discomfort has subsided, step down to a maintenance dose.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
