Description
Holistic Femme balance is a nutritional supplement for women and hormonal health and balance. The capsules contain vitamin B6, which helps regulate hormone activity, as well as magnesium and zinc. Among other things, magnesium contributes to reducing fatigue and exhaustion and zinc to maintaining normal bone structure, skin, hair and nails. Femme balance is also enriched with vitamin E and the herbs damiana and dong quai.
Dosage & use
Dosage for adults: 2 capsules 2 times per day.
To achieve the full effect, we recommend taking the entire dose, i.e. 2 tablets 2 times a day, for at least 3 months. You can then, when the discomfort has subsided, step down to a maintenance dose.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women. You can start taking this supplement anytime during your cycle.
Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
