Delivery terms are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times when it is impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder is unable to fulfill its obligation to us. We reserve the right to waive all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays. You will always receive a message via text message, e-mail or letter showing where and when to pick up the package. If you do not pick up the package, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 28.5 usd.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not upon delivery.

If you wish to cancel the purchase, you must, before the withdrawal period has expired, send a clear and unambiguous message to info@iwell.shop, in the manner specified here. You must provide your name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message. If you do not want to use the above options for notification, you can use the standard form to exercise the right of withdrawal that the Swedish Consumer Agency has developed (see www.konsumentverket.se)

14 days open purchase

We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in original packaging.

If you as a customer have handled the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the product being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the product’s depreciation on the amount to be refunded. . The decline in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.
