The dietary supplement Purefish contains Norwegian fish oil with a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids such as DHA and EPA as well as the unique omega-3 fatty acid DPA, which is good for the joints.
Omega-3 with DHA contributes to maintaining the normal function of the brain and vision. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 250 mg of DHA.
The combination of DHA and EPA also contributes to the normal function of the heart, and the beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 250 mg of EPA/DHA.
