Elexir Pharma’s Vegan Omega-3 is made from algae instead of fish, specifically from Schizochytrium sp algae which is naturally rich in Omega-3.
Vegan Omega-3 is a dietary supplement to be taken daily. The recommendation is that you take 1-2 capsules in connection with a meal, preferably just before or during the meal. This gives a total of 300-600 mg of EPA and DHA, which then contribute to the normal function of the heart. With an intake of at least 250 mg of DHA daily, this fatty acid contributes to the normal functioning of the brain and the maintenance of normal vision.
Dosage & use
Recommended daily dose: Take 1-2 capsules daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product is intended for healthy people over 18 years of age. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, suffering from an illness or being treated with medication, you should consult a doctor before using the product.
