Holistics Hemp Protein Organic comes from a classic cultivated plant, loaded with proteins, omega-3 and minerals. Hemp protein is an easily digestible vegetable protein that contains all essential amino acids with a natural taste.
Protein contributes to increasing and maintaining muscle mass, as well as to maintaining a normal bone structure.
Mix with any liquid or add to smoothies, baking or cooking.
Dosage & use
Dosage: 2 heaped tablespoons (approx. 20 g) are mixed with 150–200 ml of liquid of your choice. Hemp protein can also be added to smoothies and used in baking and cooking.
