Description
Holistic Chaga is a dietary supplement of finely ground powder of dried organic teak, with natural content of trace elements, polysaccharides, betulinic acid, melanin, phytonutrients, ergosterol, betaglucans, saponins, triterpenes and SOD (superoxide dismutase).
Sprängticka grows mainly on birch in northern latitudes.
Dosage & use
Dosage for adults: Mix 1/2–1 teaspoon in tea, hot water or in food 1–2 times per day. (1 teaspoon = 5 ml ≈ 4.5 g).
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Contraindications: Use with caution when taking blood-thinning drugs and diabetes medications.
